4.18 Suspension of Faculty

For good cause, suspension with or without pay may be effectuated by the President or the Vice President for Academic Affairs. In the event of suspension without pay, the faculty member wishing to appeal the decision must submit a written request to the President for a hearing within ten days of the suspension.
