Section 5 - Faculty Bylaws

Under the charter of Piedmont University, control of the University is vested in the corporation known as the Board of Trustees of Piedmont University. The Board of Trustees, the Administration, and the Faculty of Piedmont University have adopted Faculty Bylaws to assure active and effective faculty participation in the accomplishment of the University’s mission.
