3.1.33 False Accusations
Knowingly making a false accusation of discrimination or harassment under either the informal or the formal procedures of this manual, or elsewhere, is itself a violation of this Policy and a basis for disciplinary action up to and including dismissal/expulsion from the University or termination of employment.
