Student Notifications of Drug-Related Convictions

In accord with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, the State of Georgia’s Drug-Free Postsecondary Education Act of 1990, and the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act Amendment of 1989, and as a condition of employment, all student employees must notify their supervisor and the Office of Financial Aid of any criminal drug statute conviction no later than five days after such conviction.
