3.2 State of Georgia At-Will Employer
The State of Georgia recognizes the doctrine of Employment-at-Will and Piedmont University follows those guidelines. The applicant’s signature on the Piedmont University employment application represents his or her acknowledgement and understanding that employment is voluntary and the employment-at-will status of Piedmont University.
No statement on the Piedmont University website or found in publications such as the policies and procedures manual, offer letter, or other materials provided to applicants or employees, shall be interpreted to be in conflict with or to eliminate or modify in any way the employment-at-will status of Piedmont University.
