The University observes the following holiday schedule and will announce the specific dates for the observance of official holidays each year:

- Eligibility
All full-time employees are eligible upon hire for holiday leave.
- Compensation
Eligible employees maintain their current pay and benefits while absent from work on approved holiday leave. Employees may not use holiday leave pay concurrently with vacation pay.
