4.18 Suspension of Faculty

For good cause, suspension with or without pay may be effectuated by the President or the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs/Provost. In the event of suspension without pay, the faculty member wishing to appeal the decision must submit a written request to the President for a hearing within ten days of the suspension.
