Clery Act

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act is a federal statute requiring colleges and universities participating in federal financial aid programs to maintain and disclose campus crime statistics and security information. Clery Act information can be accessed on the college web site Campus Safety page at http://www.piedmont.edu/campus-safety and a copy can be requested from the campus police office in Demorest and Athens.
