ARED 6652 Studio Practice I
This course offers an immersive, individualized approach to artistic growth focusing on the development of a personalized body of work through hands-on studio practice, idea generation, and self-reflection. Students will engage in a dynamic process of idea generation, reflection, and creation, allowing their unique artistic voices to emerge and evolve. Regular group critiques and discussions will provide constructive feedback, while maintaining a personal studio space will help cultivate discipline and consistency. By the end of the course, students will have a cohesive portfolio that reflects their artistic vision and the skills to continue their growth as emerging artists.
May be repeated for credit. Additional studio work outside of class is required. Only available online. Offered Spring and Fall only.
