CMSD 2010 Mini-Clinic: Observation and Clinic Procedures

This course prepares students for the first clinical experience. This course includes clinical procedures for working in various practicum settings, using diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, writing behavioral objectives, procedures for clinical report writing, and practical experience with clinician-made and commercial materials. This course also provides direct clinical observation of the evaluation and rehabilitation of individuals with speech, language, and hearing deficits. A minimum of 10 clock hours of observation will be required. May be repeated for credit up to two (2) times.
