Spanish, Minor

A minor in Spanish consists of a minimum of 18 hours (the number of courses varies) including SPAN 1101 and SPAN 1102. Requirements: Two 2000-level SPAN courses and two SPAN electives.

If a student enters Piedmont University with substantial language ability and satisfies the general education requirement by completing only SPAN 1102, the student may complete 12 hours beyond SPAN 1102 to satisfy the requirement for the minor.
