Student Learning Outcomes

Upon the completion of this course, students will be able to demonstrate the following outcome-based learning skills:

  1. Understand the definitions of analytical concepts (e.g. uniform convergence, Lebesgue integral, and Fourier series).
  2. Write proofs of analytic statements.
  3. Apply the notions of a metric space and a topological space to the real numbers.
