Student Handbook 2020-2021

Residence Hall and Room Assignments

Residence hall space for new students is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. By requesting on-campus housing, submitting a deposit, and turning in the housing paperwork (listed above), students may be assured campus housing. Returning residents are offered an opportunity to reserve a residence hall space for the next academic year by submitting a deposit during the spring semester. Returning residents who do not submit a deposit during the spring registration will be assigned housing based on availability after all new and transfer student requests have been met. http://www.piedmont.edu/residence-life

All residence hall rooms come with Wi-Fi, a twin extra-long bed (standard twin for Purcell and GB) blinds, AC/heat, high-definition television access, internet connection, a free movie-streaming service (Res Life Cinemas), full-sized refrigerators, and microwaves. Additionally, students have access to free laundry facilities in every building.
