Fitness Center

The College operates a fitness center located in the Student Commons. All instructors have been certified in group fitness and CPR. Our instructors offer a variety of group exercise classes (ex. Pilates, Yoga, Boxing, Circuit, Step, Kettlebell Training). Group fitness classes are offered during the lunch hour as well as in the afternoon to offer a group experience for those who may need a break from studies or encouragement in starting a fitness program. http://www.piedmont.edu/fitness-center
