Cooking equipment with exposed heating elements (toasters, hot plates, hot plate style coffee makers etc.) are not permitted in main campus housing location, but are permitted in the Student Village apartment complex. Fireworks or weapons of any type are prohibited. Visit http://www.piedmont.edu/residence-life-faq and check out the housing policies for more information.

Pets

No pets will be allowed inside the residence halls with feathers or fur due to allergens and maintenance concerns; this includes visiting pets. Pets permitted on campus, when approved, are non-venomous fish, reptiles and amphibians. A student should not plan to bring their pet on move-in day. You must first obtain pre-approval from both the College and your roommate. Additionally, there are certain restrictions you must follow pertaining to pet enclosure dimensions and more. Questions?
